Return and Refund Policies
All US orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority mail, unless other was agreed prior placing the order. Regular shipping time for most US states is 3-5 days.
Regular merchandize is usually shipped same or next day.
Handmade items (shawls, scarves, hats) might take up to 3 weeks to make.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Conditions of return:
Return window is 7 days after receiving an order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact us if you want to return an order and we will generate ready to use shipping label for you.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of refund:
All refunds are processed after return. Upon receiving and inspecting received item we will process refund to the original payment method.
